Easy to clean and simple to operate, this coffee maker produces hot coffee rather quickly. This is my third Bonavita purchase

Bought this coffee pot based on reviews and the fact that it stated it was a simple to use coffee pot and would make great tasting coffee! For the first few uses it was very simple! Then after a couple weeks it started spewing water EVERYWHERE. It would happen every three or four uses. I reached out to Bonavita several times and they are refusing to do anything. They asked for a video and I sent them several…they still refuse to do anything. I spent $150 for a coffee pot three months ago that is going in the garbage. Don't waste your money on this coffee pot, purchase a Bunn instead.
