This shredder is great for home use. I usually only run 2 sheets at the time,so it does a great job.It does run slower than higher priced machines so I would not recommend for heavy office use.

For the price this shredder does the job and does it well. I am not using it in an office environment. I'm just using it for shredding bills, personal info, etc.

Please note that if you intend to put this on a larger waste basket it will not work. There is a safety slot designed in the housing which fits into the basket provided making the power connection for shredder. This basket which is provided is ample size for general use.
The seller was very friendly, and contacted me through email before the shredder even arrived. 
Assuring me if there were any problems at all to contact them immediately, and provided all contact information.

The shredder is really good. It not only cuts in strips, it also chops the strips. Worth the cost!!
