I have bought 4 of these boogie boards.  They have a replaceable battery but a new battery does not work.  It even took it to a battery store and had them install the battery but it wouldn't work either.  I like the product when it works, but it only last about a month.   The boogie board is the only way I can communicate so this is all I have.  Wy specify that the battery is replaceable when it is not.  I would like to know why it is not working after about a month.  I ordered two more thinking maybe I just got a bad batch, but that wasn't the case.

Bought this for my 9 year old granddaughters birthday. She loved it, works great. Ordered 2 more for my other grandkids

My daughter is 8 and loves this product. It has caused arguments between her and her younger sister, who also loves it. However, more importantly I must comment on the Customer Service at Boogie Board. I have literally never had a better customer service experience in my life. We purchased this product on March 9, 2016. On April 26, 2016 the product stopped erasing. I had saved no packaging, no receipt, and I bought it from some random retailer (via the Walmart website) whose voice mail said that they were not accepting phone calls until May 1st (what????). So I called Boogie Board. I read them some numbers from the back of the product; I was still under warranty. They are sending me a new boogie board today, no questions asked. I don't even have to send back the defective product. Any of the other people on here who are giving this product bad reviews should have just called Boogie Board! The person that I spoke with seemed very concerned about customer satisfaction. Buy this product. It is awesome, and it you can be assured that Boogie Board will take care of you if you have any problems!!!

Boogie Board

I waste a lot of paper while doing homework, that by the end of the week my wastepaper basket if full.  This is great for jotting down calculations and notes.  Performs as expected.  Worth the money.
