Don't bother.  They're very cheap looking.  Plus the ad is misleading.  It advertised a dozen sets at a deep discount.  Hence the "savings" of over $70.  I would've been ok with a dozen at the discounted price because they cost would have been much lower.  But nearly $5 for the cheap felt ears?  Nope.
