Before using it nightly, the tops of my hands were so cracked and dry they would actually bleed. The constant itching and pain from the dry skin was miserable. But this cream is the only one that has truly healed the dryness on the tops of my hands. As an added bonus, I've even noticed an improvement in my nail growth. For me, this product is a complete game changer, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Love the Splendide Mani

I have used Borghese products for at least 30 years. Splendide Mani is the best hand cream I've ever encountered. Nothing could compare. I was sad when it went missing for a while but I knew you were probably reformulating to remove parabens But the result is that you've made the product useless. Anything from the drug store is just as good. It doesn't soften it doesn't smooth and it's a waste of money. I also received a gift of Effetto Immediato. I wasn't sure how to use it so I consulted the reviews. I discovered that I am among a sisterhood of Borghese users who are decades long devotees who are sad and frustrated that you have reformulated their favorite products which were perfect before and now a disappointment. Is anybody listening to us? Were you bought by some larger company who doesn't value the decades-long devoted customer?
