Well made and cuts sweet potato waffle fries quite well. Get the veggie holder so you don't slice your fingertips. Seller was fantastic…overnighted it from Canada.

This mandolin is the top of the line.  It's blade is sharp and the right depth....a much deeper wave than others.  You won't be disappointed.

very sharp. like the variety  of ways to cut carrots, cucumbers, potatoes etc.
Safety holder was not included which was not good.  I use a pair of garden gloves to hold items and not get cut.

I love this slicer it slices very nicely.  I do recommend that you buy the guard for your hand as well because it is very sharp.

I've been wanting one of these. It works well, I was really happy. SoThe only thing is the plastic adjuster comes off a little too easy

Love this slicer, allows for different thickness. All around great item.

Does the job very well.... but changing the thickness is little difficult, over all very good.

Works well and is very sharp.  I was able to make perfect waffle fries with it.

It's a shame it does not come with the safety guard.  Make sure to buys some safety gloves too.

It's easy to clean.  But the guide comes apart from the cutting portion easy when cleaning and can be difficult to put back together.

Idk if this was a mistake or if it doesn't come with a safety holder, but mine came without one..Just the waffle slices- does a nice job but hard to use without cutting myself. :(

I was really happy to see this in your store until I found out that the safety holder is not included.  So as you can see, it is not of much use without it.  Heard from maker, waiting for further info from the?
