Kinda sad the world is becoming so digital that the “get started” isn't a physical manual type of thing, instead a QR code. 
But, the HEADPHONES OMG !!!! There are no “bud covers' but the ear cushions are very nice quality, high quality (I'm assuming) pleather. The buttons on the outer ear I'm still figuring out, there's simple volume control with the play/pause in the middle. There's a Bluetooth on/off switch %26 a left button.  It doesn't power it off but just reads you the battery percent %26 switches the aware/quiet function.  
The quality of the sound is amazing; the biggest plus for me is the large size of the over ear cushion, they actually surround my entire ear instead of pressing into the flat face of my ear %26 (like other cheaper over the ears I've had) applying a painful amount of pressure on my multiple ear cartilage piercings. It's like it just goes around the perimeter of my ear at just the perfect point that I can wear these for HOURS, on end!!!!
They came ~70% charged %26 I have basically been wearing them non stop since they came in at 10:40 this morning %26 its 5:44pm now, I'm still wearing them as I type this! They're currently at 40% battery! Amazing!!!! Battery life is impeccable, size of ear cushions is prime, the color is absolutely gorgeous!!!! All in all, WORTH THE PRICE!!!! When it comes to external noise! The sound isn't 100% blocked, it is drastically “quieted” so that's a great feature for me bc I'm usually using head phones to block out my Velcro baby's cries as she's got 100% of her vital needs taken care of, just doesn't want to be in her playpen would rather be held, but momma needs to clean! %26 I can't clean my room while she's sleep bc that's where she sleeps %26 she'd wake up, so! I say all that to say, if the cries get too drastic I can tell bc it's not 100% noise cancelled. 
I also love how there is an aware vs quiet feature, I can't wait to wear these while walking my dog %26 testing out the difference between those two! 
Not a fan of downloading apps for things thankfully it's not a requirement, just if you want to control extra feature's details from your phone, you can. 

I love that it came with an AUX %26 charging cable. 

As for the mic, I've been told I sound very crisp so that's great!!!!
I love that it came with a case, I do wish instead of black, they had made the case match the color of the headphones. 
But regardless!
100 outta 10, would recommend!!!!

These are amazing headphones! I purchased them for my husband for Christmas and he is in love with them. The noise canceling feature is awesome and the color is smooth and beautiful. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I've only used them once, but they were on sale, and the quiet setting really does block out the noise. Very happy so far. And the color is very pretty.

Found on sale for a great price. I wanted something that fit over the ear to block out hubby's humming that is the same tune over and over and instead of gritting my teeth through these moments and I want to keep my marriage of 44 years going strong and peaceful so these help out tremendously.

I own the older version of these too. I bought this as a gift for my mom. Color is beautiful! Not too shocking of a green almost looks like it could be black but green in the sun or bright lights. My original pair has lasted me almost a decade. Still works like they're brand new  and I have traveled with them and workout with them…sauna…dropped them a few times on accident even. This is quality.

Best headphones

Nothing is better than Bose when it comes to headphones.  My last over-the-ear pair of another expensive brand didn't last—the coverings over the ear pieces disintegrated. These give top fidelity and have simple manual controls for volume, ambient noise, etc. They are comfortable enough to wear for hours. And there were significant savings on sale!

Best headphones ever!

If you have a average to large head size then these are for you. However these are too big for people with smaller heads. The headphones do have adjustable straps but it is still too large for my head. Need them for running and they will definitely fall off.

I have had so many problems keeping my audio and video synced up that it has become beyond irritating. I'm have tried support, the Internet, a new TV and changing providers to upgrade my streaming services and still nobody seems to be able to tell me how to fix it as I've followed all given advice. All I wanted was something nice for myself for once and got stuck with a product that while working correctly is awesome, but the continual interruptions only to be told it's my fault, is frustrating. You have too many blue tooth items running, one. You have too many streaming items close by. TV, tablet, phone.

WARNING: CANNOT USE WITH NO CHARGE OR PLUGGED IN!

Really good sound quality and noise cancelling BUT there is no option at all to use these either with no battery, or while plugged in. Not mentioned anywhere but very important info to know.

These headphones are so pretty in the Cypress green and are pretty comfortable. They seem to seal well around my ears but I did not experience as much noise cancellation as I was expecting. They cancel recurring steady noise well like air vents blowing but they only dull other noises like a kid screaming behind you on the plane. Battery lasts a really long time and holds a charge for a long time if you don't use them frequently.

Cancels Some Noise

I have thought about how to review these. This model that I received has USB-C connector. When I bought my first set, while my phones, tablets, all used USB-C, but the headphones I got used MICRO-USB, which I hate, my eyes have trouble seeing which way the cable plugs in. 

What I am trying to explain, I know there will be a USB-D, a USB-E ect So before buying any electronic device see if you are getting the current cable. I hope USB-C will last, but I have a box of so many cables I am hoping this is my last new cable, but I know it will not be.

As to the headsets, they are great, my ears are a little old so I can only say they work well for me. I liked my first ones so much I bought a second set as I needed another pair, and I hate the MICRO-USB, I hote I have to carry an APPLE cable, a MICRO-USB, and a USB-C, and as I carry spares for myself, my son, and my wife I am very happy the EU made APPLE to go to USB-C, and hope one day to replace my APPLE devices with USB-C as these are easy to plug in to devices.  

My first Bose headset should have had USB-C, I understand Bose may have made thousands of MICRO-USB and had to empty stock, but I paid FULL price and almost returned it, but I liked the fit, and how well it worked. Vut in hindsight I wish I had returned it. With my vision I really am disappointed Bose did not deeply discount the old stock they had. My same headset with USB-C connector was on sale for over $100 off. Basically I feel Bose made a very bad decision on how to empty their stock. If I had know they were emptying old stock I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM.

Look for USB-D coming soon to cell phones, tablets, computers, and other devices, another cable standard to sell us another set of cables to store in our house just in case I need them :-(
