Nice looking chair and seems to be well-constructed, especially for a bigger person. Assembly wasn't all that bad. It's not an ultra high-end chair; but it's sturdy, comfortable, and a good value.

0 stars. this chair is garbage.  It stopped lowering and raising within a week. and the back screw wouldn't fit in.

WASTE OF MONEY

The screw that goes into the back wouldn't go all the in so the back was very loose. I tried for over 2 hours.  I took it back.
