The full back provides a sturdy and supportive structure. The adjustable arms/seat/back also allow you to contour the stool to your exact specifications. Great for an office setting where pleasing everyone within budget can become difficult. Would buy again 10/10

Was fairly easy to put together, is very sturdy and bigger than I expected. Works perfect for my Stand-up desk.  Great back support and adjustable arms are great for getting the right keyboard and mouse angle for your hands and arms.

Boss Task chair

Very easy to assemble. The cushions are firm and feel like they will last for years. I like that it has tilt and recline options so I was able to set it the way I like. The foot ring is solid as well. I use the chair fully extended and an elevated desk. Very comfortable for all day use.

Nice chair

Didn't have anything wrong with the item. It came early. The only thing was I live on the fourth floor and they left it outside without a call. The box was huge and I didn't have a dolly

I actually bought this chair as I was having a lot of backache from the Costco chair for first 2 months it worked absolutely great and after that for few months I was not using it that much so basically we can consider it that I used for around 3.5 months n it's not even one year it's back adjustment is not working as I started to use it again so not happy with the purchase n now all my money is wasted can't even return it

We purchased this as a stool. The instructions don't tell you how to add the stool extension and foot ring. So we put it together without them as we followed the instructions. Realized the mistake and can't figure out how to add them. Instructions are terrible and incomplete.
