So far it works great; doesn't jam and is very sturdy.  Has 4 suction pads on the bottom to hold it in place on working surface.  I would like a bit bigger space to insert the paper, but it probably keeps from trying to staple more than 45 pages.

This stapler works great. Does not jam. Does the job each time with no problems. Easy to use.

Electric stapler

Stapler is very loud when stapling. There is no adjustment for distance from top of page. Can only staple horizontally, not on an angle. 
Does staple 40 pages with ease, if needed. Loads strips of staples, the same as traditional staplers.  I should have done more research into this stapler before buying.
