I just got this several days ago and inflated it and it took about 2 minutes to pump up. Quality is amazing. The material is super thick and it is a heavy dome. There is such a variety of exercises you can do on this balance trainer. Balance, abs, core, cardio, legs, back... pretty much whatever you want. Some movements look much easier than they are. So far so good. It arrived on time too.

I am extremely happy with my BOSU balance trainer. Its design fits my workout routine. It is good for lower leg strength and flexibility training for the entire body. It is simple to assemble. Highly recommend the product.

Workout Made Easy!

My wife has been asking for a BOSU for a long time and I finally got her one.  She absolutely loves it. She's a gym rat who's given up the gym for COVID and this was a great addition to the home gym.

Perfect for my physical therapy goals after I had ankle surgery!  Works great and it is helping me drastically with improving my balance.

So excited to add this BOSU ball to our in home gym.  Balance, core and strength is going to double with new ball.  Cannot wait to start using it.

Need better balance

I tried the budget versions before this one, but they're just so tiny I felt like I was going to fall over just trying to get onto them.  If you're looking for the ones that gyms use - this is it. 

Pros: Large stable platform.  I weigh 275 and it didn't even blink when I stood on it.  It's so large you won't misplace it.  Great for improving balance and strengthening your ankles/knees/hips in a low impact fun way.  There are a ton of videos on youtube showing you exercises you can do on it PLUS the product pamphlet included has a link to a free DVD download and wall chart download so you can get the most out of your balancer.  Gym quality without the monthly fee.

Cons: Difficult to get the 'plug' in to seal it up after you blow it up because the rubber gasket material surrounding the hole is highly flexible.  It's heavy (it's only slightly a con because in order to be sturdy it makes sense that it's heavy).  It's expensive - however - again it's a trade off.  If I pay for gym membership but I don't go (especially during COVID) then I'm wasting my $.  At least this way I have something to show for my $ and I don't have to go anywhere to use it.

This is just like the ones at the gym!
