I love the option to listen to music or watch my favorite shows! I typically walk outside but in the cold months I can't and I usually hate treadmills as they are so boring but not this one! I love it! My whole family is so happy with our purchase!

Bought the T 22 to replace an aging F80 we had. Assembly was fairly simple. Time to fully assemble was about 1.5 hours. Setting up the profiles took longer. Trying to place the mat underneath it takes 2 people as this is HEAVY. Set up all of the streaming services and performed the 15 minute fit assessments and we were ready to rock. I run about 1600 miles a year so this will be used heavily. So far it feels much more sturdy that the Sole. Controls could use some tweaking as they aren't intuitive at all. I hope Bowflex hires a UI/UX designer that believes in beta testing soon. Otherwise this is a worthy investment if you like to run and prefer to do it in style and comfort. We did have a dedicated circuit put in for running this. Do not put it on a gfci outlet. It will constantly trip. Once we did that, it was all done but the sweating.

Good size and sturdy treadmill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] VERY STURDY treadmill. It does have the feeling of actually running/walking on the road or sidewalk. This machine has little to no bounce. But after having a very flimsy treadmill for so long, this was a welcome difference. It could feel a little uncomfortable for some if you prefer bounce or have knee issues. But I really appreciate the sturdiness.

Have reached out to customer arrive, tried their suggestions, and am not able to access the personalized profiles still 3 weeks after. Costumer service is only available during work hours which isn't helpful considering I get home after hours are closed. Spent a lot of money for something that doesn't work consistently.

Tech doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I could review the product performance, but was sent a defective machine. Not able to work even 1 day. Cannot use without the massive android tablet. Jumped throught days of back and forth emails. Even calls with my internet provider to just prove it is bowflex that it was not my network. Have received the replacement part fast after completing all of the days and hours spent troubleshooting but still no technician "appointment". I have called multiple times in effects for any update or exculation path. Since I expected at least to have an appoint booked 3 days after the until was received. Still nothing but a ticket number and kind people feeling bad for my negative experience but still no actions to resolve. I have received better results from company's for $50 purchases and shame on bowflex for their lack of action still not fixed or trying to do something to satisfy the customer. At this point it is unacceptable to take a person's money for someone that cannot be used. Hope nobody has to experience this... you want a company that will step up and make things right when you receive a product that does not work as expected "out of the box". Unsure if I should be the technician's job at this point. Losing days on my health journey and money!

I would never buy a bowflex product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to leave a good review but I can't since after having this device for 2 months I am yet to use it because of a faulty motor board. I have spoken to almost 10 techs and they are yet to fix the problems.

Still broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stay away from buying from Bowflex - I purchased the Treadmill 22 and immediately had issues. The screen would flicker and the treadmill would restart itself mid-workout. The machine finally stopped working, no power to screen, nothing... This happened 4 months into purchase. When I called Bowflex they stated that the CPU part would take 3 months to get since it was OUT OF STOCK. 3 months !! No other recourse but to wait, this off course is without know if that acutal part is what's wrong with the machine. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that someone would have to call me back, no call back yet. Do yourself a favor go with another brand or buy from a local athletic shop. This is not worth the headache.
