The good, the bad...
The good - it was packed well and arrived without a scratch.  The assembly instructions (all pictures) were pretty easy.  You will need a second person to help with the top (lid) install, other than that, I did assemble the rest by myself.  Everything fit together nicely - like a puzzle.
The bad.    The chest is made of a cheap pressed wood.  The screws for the legs would not grab, they basically cut into the pressed wood but you can pull the leg right off with no effort whatsoever.  That is really not a big deal because the weight is on the legs and so the pegs are enough to hold them in place.  I just don't recommend dragging it along the floor.  It is not cedar wood, although the interior appears to be a thin laminate that looks like cedar, so maybe it has some cedar, if it is possible to have paper thin layer of cedar?  I was originally excited about the advertised discount, but now that I have assembled it and know the amount of wood required to assemble and the quality of the wood (pressed wood), it should not cost more than a basic book shelf, say $75 to $100 (in my opinion).
