Since purchasing this product, I've lost 27lbs. I currently have CHF (congestive heart failure) and a pretty severe case of it. My heart functioned only at a 25% capacity but after 2 months of using my kettlebells and incorporating them into my workout routines, my heart has been gradually getting stronger. I go to cardiac rehab 3 days a week and not only myself but my nurses are surprised of my weight loss and my cardio clearly getting stronger. I ordered the bowflex dumbells and barbell/curved barbell with the stand to step up my game and continue my fitness journey

The handle is really sturdy, smooth and not bulky. It's easy and smooth to adjust weight. Comes ready to go out of the box. Does not at all feel bulking with a lot of weight which was what I was concerned about. Really great product I just wish there was an option to purchase one for 50+ lbs as well.

Really happy with function

Appreciate the fact that this is 15 dumbells in 1. Simply set the dial to your desired weight and workout.  Adjust the weight as needed by simply turning a dial.

I travel for work & there isn't always a gym on site. I also have to pack my car with everything I'll need for my next assignment. So, space is limited. This is really the only viable option to hit all major muscle groups while taking on very little space. Other option have you disassembling the unit to change weight. What's hassle! When I didn't get this as a gift I bought it for myself because it's far cheaper & more convenient than a gym membership. I also own the SelectTech Dumbbells but they're in a storage which is why I was interested in these. Progressive loads are a breeze with the turn of a knob. No brainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these twice a day and so far they are great. Easy to use and dial in the weight I want for each type of routine.

I would buy this again in a heart beat!

Love the weight selection option, though the uneven distribution of the selections is a bit mystifying. These seem sturdy and well-made. They are a bit noisy and bulky for halos, for which I'd rather have a fixed-weight kettlebell. The horn angle is different that most fixed-weight kettlebells, so that can take a little getting used to for some hold positions. In spite of those issues, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Fantastic for lifts!

I use 2 of the kettlebells in combination with the adjustable dumbbells to do at-home strength training workouts. I was looking for more variety in the types of exercises I am able to do, and the kettlebells are a great addition for that. The only downside that I can find with them is that compared to traditional kettlebells they are a bit bulkier, so for some exercises, can be a little bit awkward. However, I still think it's worth the space saved of not having to have a set of multiple kettlebells of differing weights.

Pretty good!

The one thing that I would say could be better is the base. When I store kettlebell, it goes on the base, but it also needs the base when in use to hold the plates. There should be a way for the bell and the plates to stay attached to the base while it is being moved from storage to use.
