My son is trying to lose weight so I got this for the two of them. Both are very, very happy with it and use it frequently. Machine is rated for heavier users and so it works great for my son and the variable incline keeps my wife interested in using it often. Great low impact workout for everyone and this thing is receiving a lot of use so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to call Bowflex Tech Support several times. JRNY app is a problem as other customers have also experienced. My support ticket is still open after 3 days. Apparently, JRNY owns the console and Bowflex is unable to answer many questions regarding JRNY's control console. Bowflex manual has very little on the JRNY console. The two companies must have a closer line of communication between the two!

I would not recommend this product!

(+ TREADMILL 10/20) AND, JRNY OWNS THE CONSOLE!!! THE TWO COMPANIES DON'T TALK!? JRNY SPEAKERS ARE CHEAP SOUNDING AS WELL! Sad, Bowflex used to have good equipment. Also sad that the JRNY Control Console is the root cause of their problems... Frame and belt assy. are sturdy but console is the weakest link

NO, I WOULD NOT BUY PRODUCT AGAIN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this in December and after getting it set up, the control board went out in late January. So while there was power going to the machine, it is in an unusable state. No ability to turn on the screen in and all controls are locked out. After getting the runaround from the support group, where they initially said they would get me a new part by the following week, they went radio silence. Then after having to call them back to get a status update, they finally admitted that it was on back order and I would not receive it for several months. After 2 months of waiting I finally received the part, only to be told I can't get a repair technician until the end of this month. This means I've had a brick for just about 4 months by the time they finally get it around to repairing it under warranty. During my calls with them they indicated that they would not provide me any extended warranty before their lack of support and their backorder of parts. Burning through a third of my warranty on a brick based on their company issues is not a great feeling. Outside of the issues that I've had from the machine I would also caution people that the software is outdated and limited in capacity. After using a NordicTrack over a the local University gym I wish I would have gone that direction instead.

AVOID Avoid avoid... Broken for months and they laugh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Bowflex Treadmill 10 on June 27, 2025, and to this day, I have never received the product. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Bowflex has been consistently unhelpful and slow to respond. I was told I'd get a follow-up call on July 17-that never happened. Every time I reach out, I'm the one chasing updates while getting vague answers or being told to wait. What's worse is that they've acknowledged the issue but haven't initiated a proper refund. I've asked repeatedly to cancel the order, and yet here I am, still trying to get answers while time drags on. I'm now at the point where I'm considering escalating this through formal complaints and legal channels-not because I want to, but because Bowflex has left me with no choice. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. I'll gladly update this review if Bowflex finally resolves the issue, but as it stands, I would not recommend ordering directly from them.

Extremely Disappointed - Still No Resolution After a Month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bowflex Treadmill 10 looks promising on paper-sturdy build, decent incline range, and a well-known brand behind it. However, after using it, I can confidently say it's not worth the price. The Biggest Problem: JRNY App Requirement Unlike most treadmills that at least allow basic manual operation, this treadmill will not even turn on without a JRNY subscription. That's right-you pay a premium price for the hardware, yet Bowflex locks the core functionality behind a paywall. No JRNY, no treadmill. That alone is a dealbreaker for me. JRNY is a Subpar App If JRNY were a great app, maybe this forced subscription would be tolerable-but it's not. Compared to Zwift, Peloton, and even iFit, JRNY feels outdated, sluggish, and frustrating to use. The interface is clunky, workout selection is limited, and connectivity issues are common. It simply doesn't compare to other fitness platforms that have been around longer and offer more features. Expensive and Frustrating For the price of this treadmill, you would expect flexibility and premium features. Instead, you get a locked-down machine that forces you into a bad ecosystem and offers no alternatives. Final Verdict Avoid the Bowflex Treadmill 10 unless you're willing to be locked into JRNY. There are better treadmills out there that don't force a subscription just to function.

Hostage situation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Bowflex T10 treadmill because Bowflex has always been a good exercise equipment brand. And now that the treadmill is finally working, it seems to be good. But it took me 12+ hours of dealing with both Bowflex and JRNY technicians to finally get it working. JRNY is the fitness app that helps with training programs. When I first turned on the machine, it said "let's check for updates". Next it said "installing updates". Immediately afterwards, it said Error Code 0AB. It would do absolutely nothing else. So I spent the next week trying to communicate with technicians to get it working. Over $1900 for a machine that didn't work. I was able to call the Bowflex technicians via phone and they helped a bit. But the malfunction was due to the need for a new software update from JRNY. Trouble is, the JRNY technicians are only available via email and they're in the Pacific Time Zone. So I'd send an email. Several hours later, they'd respond. I'd finally get a chance to get back to the treadmill with their advice only to once again find that it didn't work. So, again, I'd email them & then hours later they'd respond. Finally after over a week I convinced them that I needed a new software update. They sent it and also did a Factory Reset and it finally started working. If you decide to buy one of these and you have trouble, expect a very frustrating situation due to the lack of communication with technicians. JRNY is ruining the Bowflex reputation. One last point, I finally reached the point where I wanted to simply return the treadmill. It was going to cost $155 in shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. And it had to be placed back in the same box as if it were never removed. That would have been impossible because removing the machine from the box basically tears up the box because it's so heavy
