I bought this bed after lots of thinking and was little hesitant before buying as I prefer to buy from a store. But after the bed arrived I was in complete satisfaction. The packaging was secure and all arrived in one piece. It was easy to assemble, although it requires two person to align and put the frames together it took less than an hour to complete it. After nearly 15 days of use it is still in good shape!

This is my second purchase. Very easy to use and instantly inflates when plugged in. Comfortable and good quality. This is a great value and highly recommend.

I thought it being from Ashley would be of better quality. The slats for the platform are not very sturdy and looks as if it will break in the near future.  iTools sent could not put the platform together. Too much to put together

The wood parts for the bed in the middle to hold up the box spring already cracked(the legs) and I recently got it not even 2 weeks

Cheap parts

My air mattress won't hold air and I've only had it 4 around a month and a half

Fills up quickly not as comfortable as I hoped.

It supports my mattress and box spring immensely compared to just the stock metal frame. It's like the mattress needed replacement before this frame, now it may last several more years. 
Cons: the center peg legs for the rails aren't worth using, they just bend this way or the other when the bed is moved from side to side.
