I did feel the item was over priced but happy with it   It works well for my needs and arrived quickly   The phone is as advertised  New  Great little phone  Thank You

Contrary to reviews, and to the packaging of the phone, this one actually works in canada. I'm using this here in toronto ontario, under a prepaid plan under freedom mobile. It works.

Surprisingly, a dumb phone with a good amount of capabilities, eg. besides talk and text, browser, camera, calendar, calculator, alarm - useful basics.  Texting is a challenging downgrade from a smartphone, but I don't do a lot of texting.  I use this phone to help disconnect from the distractions of social media.  I still have my iPhone that I can use with wifi if needed as I find browsing on this flip phone frustrating.   For those who are concerned that the phone comes in packaging from a U S mobile company, you CAN use a Canadian mobile service SIM card.  I read lots of good reviews before purchasing and I'm happy with this blast from the past phone.

This phone was purchased for someone who had never before used a mobile phone. Using a smartphone was not ideal so the best alternative was a flip phone. 

For the price of the phone, this model seemed to fit the use-case. The phone was easy ti set up however it does have it's drawbacks. 

Occasionally when trying to dial a number it jumps into the memory key setup. This is problematic for a new phone user and if frustrating. 

Too bad there are limited options for similar phones otherwise I would have returned it.

Okay buy…could be better.

You have forgotten one thing most important to customers and Wallmark who want to stay in competition with others THE PHONE BUYED FOR MY MOTHER so the language is. ONLY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH not strong to send occurs in QUEBEC You have boldness I ask for public apologies Thank you

Important Attention

Very disappointed! The item description did not indicate that the product was not available in French; the software is available only in English and Spanish. This is a blatant lack of respect for French-speaking clients. I would not have bought this product that I can no longer return because now used.

Attention! TCL Flip Go not available in English

Was missing the wall adapter in the box and Customer Service was very poor stating it was in the box. It was clearly marked on the box that one should be inside.  I had to go buy one.  They don't stand behind their product or care about your grievance. It is a cheap thing to buy but it is the principle of it.

Poor Customer Service from Seller

Not mentioned on the webpage is that the Phone comes in a box which repeatedly says it must be used on a specific US phone network. I took the phone in box to a Mobile Klinik (reputable repair chain) and they said they could not know whether there would be proprietary software in the phone that would not allow it to work if a Canadian SIM was placed inside. So not worth the risk for a $60 phone plus the $40+ to have a tech work on it. Bought a Canadian phone for $110 instead.
