Cuisine

Paneer is a fresh cheese originating from India. It is a soft, non-melting and unaged cheese made by curdling milk with citric acid. The word paneer entered English from the Hindi and Urdu term panīr, which comes from Persian ‘panir’ meaning "cheese"<br> <br>Paneer is the most commonly used in traditional cuisines from the Indian subcontinent. Paneer is an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be used in main dishes as well as desserts and snacks. You can wrap it in dough and deep fry it or serve it with spinach in a gravy or even crumble it over a salad. Paneer can also be sweetened to make a wide variety of desserts!

Quality

Can be rich and creamy, but may also be inconsistent.

Can be exceptional, but also prone to defects.

Made with only Citrix acid and milk, no preservatives - very soft for paneer Tikka or any paneer curries

Fresh paneer

Perfect Paneer for Most South Asian and Mighlai Dishes, using this brand and paneer from past 10 years, no complaint, same quality.

Good quality Paneer, perfect for south asian dishe

Simple Ingredients and great taste

Great taste, soft and creamy high protien

Great taste!!

I like experimenting with different new products from different cuisines. My experience with this type of cheese was kind of okay, but way too dry and pretty much tasteless to my taste. On the other hand, I think it might go quite well with baking, when there is no need for moist on cheese.

Really dry, no taste

It used to be really good. But this time, there was something wrong with the taste. I thought, its expired but it wasn't. Had to throw it as I felt it was not safe to consume.

I generally like your products guys, but this batch was really bad.

I bought five packs all got same problem I don't know what's actual cause look like problem in transportation as temperature required is not maintained.

Quality is bad , difference in colour and taste

This is not how real paneer feels and tastes like. Quality has gone down drastically. My friend told me works for them they're not doing justice to the product. Harmful for people's health too

Harmful

The packaging is torn, so the cheese inside is spoiled.

Not good

Got brar paneer in melted form. Highly disappointed

Brar's Malai Paneer fresh cheese 375 g, front-facing portion of white soft paneer with smooth, slightly granular curd texture on a white plate in a neutral kitchen scene; suited for Indian curries, frying, salads or sweet desserts.
