The temperature control plug only has numbers from 1-4 on it. How the heck you supposed to know the correct temperature?? The plug will not stay tight in the wok and when I thought it was cooking and checked, I realized the plug was loose. Had to throw out all the food!

Worst wok I've ever used!

Forget frying anything, breaded chicken strips just sunk to the bottom and siaked up slightly hot oil. Doesn't work fir proper stir-fry either. Took forever to make a box of Noodle Helper. So very disappointed..... and not a small amount of money either. I ended up frying the chicken on the stove top. SUCKS!!!!
