l used to have a deep fryer like this years ago in white. l just love it for frying chicken, fish, shrimp, onion rings, French fries and donuts.

Used this fryer for the first time this evening for fried chicken and I am very pleased with the results.  So pleased, in fact, that I plan to strain the oil and use it again tomorrow for some catfish before I even clean it out and put it away.  Everything worked as described and as expected.  Definitely recommend this unit!
