[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a birthday gift for my 8 y/o granddaughter and she loved it! Simple enough for her and her 12 y/o sister to make cupcakes and they said cupcakes only took 3 min to bake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth the $5.00. If the product didn't get so hot and if it had an On/Off button, it'd make a cute device for kids to start cooking in the kitchen.

It seems more like a “Susie Homemaker” toy when using, than a “real” kitchen device…which added to the fun using with the younger pre-teen kids present. 

Two things to consider: 
1.) It's not easy to clean up with soap and water, especially since the plates cannot be removed. Hence the 4stars.
2.) The instructions state to fill each “cup” only 2/3rds full is incorrect, unless you want cup-discs instead of cupcakes. You need to almost overfill to get a nice mini-size cupcake.

Throwback to Childhood Kitchen Appliance

Advertised picture with purple maker but I got a bright pink one.  The fine print was hidden in the more details.  The cup amount is smaller than my old one.  
I am sure it works fine but never use it.
