amazing. it's solid and performs very well. I had purchased a Cuisinart, which was very poor quality. Breville is the new company for me. I was very disappointed with Cuisinart. Buy Breville!

excellent quality

breville.com

This food processor works so well. I've one used it fur date squares and date protein balls. It blends really well! Sometime I need to mix up the ingredients as the lighter oats ruse to the top, but easy to clean and easy to set up!

Awesome for dates!

Solid

Works very well and not noisy compared to the old robot I used. Even a thicker mixture (dates/flour/milk powder) does not bother him at all. I hesitated before the purchase due to the price, but I do not regret my choice.

Excellent purchase

I love the design and functionality of my new Sous Chef 12. First, it makes all the prep work a breeze and I really like the 3 in 1 design of the feeding tube. It keeps the various vegetables in the right position for optimal cutting or shredding. Second, it looks really good and feels like a really solid piece of equipment.

Love my new Sous Chef

Exceeded my expectation ... with precision slicing, cheese grating like store bought grated, bread dough kneading ... beautiful design, material, very powerful motor, easy to clean by hand. I use it often, and make dishes I used to avoid because I did not know there was a processor as good as this

Expectation exceeded

Breville makes reliable products. I have an expresso machine that is a work horse and I expect the Sous Chef food processor will be the same. I'm happy with its performance so far. I'm particularly impressed with the ease in which you can change the thickness of the slicer. It has been a time saver and has upped my cooking game.

Another Breville Winner!

Checked out reviews which were very positive so was the just released magazine Protégez-vous which praised the results and coincided with our results. We like its simplicity and results in chopping vegetables and salads. A minor inconvenience is cannot have accessories in dishwater but understand that soap used is quite agressive. Very pleased with quality of construction and results.

Breville Sous Chef 12 intelligently designed

We have always been so impressed with the quality of Breville and this new food processor meets our expectations. We love how Breville is made to last. Most equipment just ends up in landfills, but Breville lasts for years. We will continue to support a company that manufacturers high quality, long lasting products.

Good quality

I've only used it once, but it has a powerful motor (one of the reasons I bought this one), but it is so much quieter than what I thought it would be. One thing that surprised me was that the slicing blade was adjustable. Holiday cooking will really tell the story.
