The machine is almost perfect I'm every way, which is good. However, here are some things I think it could have been better:
The drip tray is way too small. In practice, you need to empty it after every use.
The steam wand spits a substantial amount of water before steam. And it is very finicky to purge this water as it has autopurge-after-use.
The cleaning is set to every 200 shots. I use the machine 2/3 times per day, so that means it'd recommend me cleaning it once every 68-100 days (2mo1w-3mo1w), which is way too infrequent, almost designed to create build-up and failure. 
Other than these, the machine is excellent.

Almost perfect but frustratingly not so

I bought the Breville Bambino Plus and apparently I am now the kind of person who says things like grind size and microfoam. This tiny machine makes espresso so good it has ruined every coffee shop within a 10 kilometer radius of my house. The steam wand works like magic and makes milk so fluffy it deserves its own pillow. It heats up in three seconds, which is faster than my brain most mornings.

Tiny machine…big caffeine

Excellent unit: heats up immediately and has the ability to make quality espresso. The only downside so far is how light it is - removing the portafilter requires an extra hand to hold down the unit.

Great quality for a small-scale unit

I have been using a manual latter machine for decades and finally decided to upgrade to an automatic one. The manual ones have a life span of 3-5 years. I hesitantly paid the much higher cost for this one.

Convert

So happy with my choice! I had the Infuse and now I have the Bambino more and I love it more than my previous one. It makes a perfect vegetable milk foam (soya) and is ready as soon as the button is turned on, for both coffee and milk frother.

Big crush for the Bambino more!

I love this coffee!! Good coffee and foam well the milk. The only small bugs: over time, the foam becomes less and less compact - perhaps due to the limestone that accumulates. Preventive maintenance is done regularly. The water container under the cup is a little small and requires daily emptying. It is a good machine and a good company with an outstanding service! I had a problem with a hose running in the back (machine was about 2 years old). I sent it to Breville for repair and they sent me a brand new coffee maker!! - Oh, my God.

Good coffee maker

Arrived in good shape, in operation without complaints for the past few weeks. While I might take long in balancing the grind size and brew time and fine tuning my home barista skills, coffee was good right from the start. The accessories provided are good and idiot proof except the tamper. Puck levelling is hard. Scope: Spill tray design and tamper need work! Spill tray spills milk after spout self clean cycle every time. Spill tray components also need to fit firm in place with a magnet. Tamper design needs a seam to fix the puck height to be in sync with the depth of the shower screen / group-head to ensure consistent levelling of the puck

Bambino plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ease of setup and the UTube videos of the Breville Bambino Plus explaining how to set it up and to operate it. One thing I would recommend getting is the Breville coffee grinder. I didn't realize, before getting my Bambino Plus, how the grind affects the taste of the coffee that's brewed and the lattes that are made.

The information in the technical sheet is not complete. Example: the tool to unclog the water jet for the foam is under the water tank, it is not marked anywhere that it is found there. Then in the shipping box there was missing the coffee filter for two cups. Incomplete quality inspection from factory. I am still satisfied with the answers I got from the service and be the coffee machine.

This is a great machine, very easy to learn how to use and makes great espresso for the price! My only con is the auto clean for the steamer tends to leak behind the bottom attachment even when it is properly locked in. Which I tend to clean it every-time I use it anyway so not really a big deal, just an additional step.

Machine is only a few months old and had to be sent out for repair (replacement solenoid valve according to repair shop). We have had to reset to factory settings a number of time to get machine to run (including after return from repair). We continue to troubleshoot our machine with Ask Breville to be able to run it.
