So, I would give this product all five stars, except for one issue. The way it was packaged it was folded in thirds and then rolled. When unfolding I saw creases, but assumed they would disappear after it was applied.

I followed the instructions very carefully, and the product went up, and it looks great. EXCEPT: you can still see a bit of the damage. It is very faint, but it is there, and it runs the full length of the film in two parallel lines. I think the films with more pattern on it you probably can't see it at all, but since this is such a uniform look, you can still see it.

I was impressed with how quickly Walmart.com responded to my concern, and gave me my options to return or exchange the product.

Great Product

Excellent product. Bought 2 rolls to cover my sliding glass doors. It allowed light to enter without sacrificing privacy. It does take 2 people to apply.

It works but it's harder to apply than other brands. The roll I received was brittle which made it hard hard to cut while on the window.
