Does what it says it will. I work from home and the winter makes it hard to sit in a poorly lit room with little sunlight when it's so cloudy and bleak outside. This lamp immediately brightened up my entire room better than the other 4 lamps + ugly overhead room lighting I was already using. The light was also not some harsh fluorescent bright which I was worried it would be. It's bright but pleasant. I don't really leave reviews for things I buy online ever (I also very rarely online shop) but it's crazy how much of a difference some proper lightening can make.

My apartment is new and modern which also sadly means that there are no lights in my living room or dining room. This made my apartment feel very dark and the standard lamp I had was just not cutting it. After some research on LED lamps, I found the sky floor lamp and was so excited to try it out. The shipping was quick and the difference in light was incredible. While it is brightest in the part of the room that it sits, I was shocked to see that its light stretched 20+ feet to the other side of my apartment. I am so happy with this purchase and have alreayd recommended it to my coworkers who live in similarly lit homes.

Tons of light

I absolutely love this lamp. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and looks incredibly modern and sleek. I have another lamp in my apartment, but this is the only one i use because of all the settings it offers - the fact that the light points upwards, as opposed to down, makes a HUGE difference in ambiance.

This floor lamp does exactly what I want it to do. My ceiling is 8', and it bounces a LOT of light off the ceiling. I replaced two lousy lamps from big box retailers. This is sleeker, prettier, heavier, and does a better job of presenting diffuse, indirect light. I am constitutionally allergic to ceiling lamps, and torchieres can sometimes feel so dated. Not this one! It recedes into the background and does its job of turning my ceiling into a bright light card that warmly fills the room.

This lamp won't work for you if you have 10' or higher ceilings or ceilings that are not WHITE or light colored.

Replaced my lamps from "bullseye" retailer

This floor lamp is AMAZING! So bright, with multiple settings. The foot print is small, so it's unobtrusive in the room. It literally throws light in our entire room (we have an open concept floor plan for the living and dining rooms and kitchen.

I was totally unsure about the lamps because they were so affordable BUT they're  honestly PERFECT !
It was beyond easy to assemble and I kid you not, they light up my pretty large living room so well! Most of the time I only use one because the second isn't even necessary to get the amount of light I want. I also love the dimming features!
On top of doing a great job lighting up a large space, these lamps look great too! They definitely don't look cheap at all (even though they are super affordable).
10/10 would recommend !

IF YOU'RE UNSURE… GET THEM! You won't regret it

Just moved into a house with no living room lighting. This thang works like a charm! I love the 3 brightness settings - so versatile. Plus the design is so sleek and simple - blends right in while looking great!

Amazing, bright, and simple!

I very much enjoy this light, it really brightens up my space! It was super easy to put together, and the dimming option is very nice for those groggy early mornings. For the price- this is a real find! I just wish Brightech made more types of lamps, I would certainly come back and buy again!

Gorgeous Brass Gold Lamp, Even Better Price!!

I searched specifically a TOUCH SENSOR floor lamp that I used to have. When it is touched everywhere, it is supposed to turn on and off. 
This lamp is definitely NOT touch sensor. It has a button to switch.  Misleading web description. 
If I was looking for a regular floor lamp, I should not have been disappointment. Floor lamp design, brightness and color are okay.

Nice light, and very bright. However, it changes dimness levels without prompting. It also turns off randomly. Hopefully, this is a one-off and not an engineering issue for all of these lights. Waiting on a response from customer service for a replacement.
