The packaging was insufficient which fact was born out by a bent component upon arrival.  The matter was quickly and efficiently resolved by the seller dispatching a replacement component which is currently en route to my address

Nice contemporary looking product.

The look is really cool. Problems are in the cheap connectors. Where the leds connect to the pole is rather loose and spins easily causing the light to go on and off. Also, the same things happens in the connector where the foot switch connects to the power adapter. This is really bad on mine and if I barely touch the wires connector in that area the light shuts off. ALL the time! I have emailed customer service today about the issue. Lets see how they handle it. I'd like to add a star.
