This water bottle is great. The tiny filter inside makes every water fountain water taste great and made me drink more water throughout the day. Its great for traveling with as it is fairly durable.

Best Water Bottle Ever

I first saw these bottles in a magazine and I knew that I had to have one. I purchased my first two-pack of these bottles a few months ago. I instantly fell in love. I bragged about the bottle so much that a few of my coworkers purchased their own. I eventually gave one away.

My only complaint is the snap cap nipple protector thingy is easy to lose. I did not push down on it hard enough. So I lost it. I am a complete germaphobe. This bottle would be perfect if they could somehow attach the clear cap nipple protector thingy. So i decided to buy another single bottle. Unfortunately, when I went to the store, all of the single bottles were missing the filters along with the clear caps. A thief had removed them all. :-( So I decided to buy another two-pack. I am still in love with my bottle. Thanks Brita!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work at a public school and hate spending money on water bottles. This is a great product that allows me to refill throughout the day from the waterfountains or sinks. This has been such a great investment!

Great for Work

After reading a few reviews, I had to write one of my own. If you don't want this bottle to spill on you, you need to have the lid on tight AND you need to avoid filling it up too full. There has to be room for both the water and the filter or it will overflow when you put the lid on.

Great Product

Used to lug around cases of water bottles, but once I got my Brita bottle I haven't bought a single plastic bottle yet. I love it! It's big enough that I'm not filling it up every hour but small enough to travel well where ever I go. I love it and will not go back!

The only issue I have with it is that sometimes I find that it leaks slightly if tipped over in my bag and I'm walking around.

Completely replaced plastic water bottles

Great concept and works well!  Love that it can be refilled using water fountain tap water at work/school and then filters it!  Would have given 5 stars, but had to return first purchase because the top part of bottle lid had a crack in it.   Must have been dropped in the store.  That may mean it breaks/cracks easily.  We shall see!

Brita hard sided filter bottle

I bought this water bottle for my daughter for school primarily because of the water filter, which is a great feature. However today I have to replace the water bottle because she dropped the bottle (on a rug) and the top completely shattered around the spout and cracked. It sounds like others have had issues with similar issues. Perhaps Brita should consider selling replacement tops/spouts for the hard sided water bottle. Given the cost of a new bottle, that would be the preferred option.

Good features but too fragile

Have used this bottle daily for three months replacing a water bottle in the gym daily. For that its GREAT. But annoyed to the point of going through registration and review to tell how tired I am of being dribbled on every time I drink. Don't tell me to tighten the filter cap as I will twist the darn thing off if I go any tighter. Please fix what is apparently a design flaw.

Needs re-engineered for leakage.

I love the whole filtering water bottle idea - I go to the gym almost every day and need a reusable water bottle on the go. I can not get a good sip of water out of it! When I'm thirsty - at the gym or not - I want to take a big sip of water and I have to literally suck for my life in order to get some water at all.

I'm very disappointed in this product. It wasn't cheap either. After I've already used it I'm not sure what to do. I don't know if I can return it?

Can't Drink Out of It

I'm not sure who's more to blame, the engineers or the quality management, but this bottle is a huge disappointment. You cannot, and I can't stress that enough, you CANNOT get the last 1/4 of the water out of this bottle. The design is flawed and brings this 20 oz bottle down to 15, not to mention you will have to dump the remaining water out regularly to keep the water in your bottle fresh. Wasn't looking for much from this water bottle and yet was still somehow disappointed.

Horribly designed product. 75% of a bottle.
