I love the style of it.  Placed on my counter.  Water is filtered in a  simply way.  Press once and hold… and water comes out until you stop pressing the button.  And another way is to press the button twice the water pours out automatically and then press it once  to stop.

Love having this on the counter-the water tastes so much better than the plastic jugs with the filter.  Easy to use to fill your water bottle, coffee pot etc., as the drip tray can be removed if necessary.  Easy to fill, and more economical than constantly replacing the jug filters.  Great for a one or two person household.

Brita Hub Compact Water Filter is worth it!

Such smart design. Much more convenient than the previous, handheld pitcher. I changed from the old Brita to this one also because of its ability to filter out microplastics. Feel safer now when I make tea or cook with the water out of the Brita Hub filter.

This item is great for anyone who has a small area. It's very compact attractive looks really great in my small area not to mention. Save me on running out for water all the time and carrying cases upstairs. I love this item.

I like purification!  It is great when the water you use to cook has all the toxic junk removed.  The set up is easy and the design is pleasing to the eye!

H20 Purification using Brita Hub

Can taste the sink water. Which is the whole reason I bought this FILTER! :( disappointed for sure. And it's very pricey and takes up counter space to not work

Started using the Brita Hub two days ago, like the set up, but my water doesn't taste any different. Don't know if the filter that came with is old or not. May have to return.

I bought this hoping to switch from the faucet model I currently have. It should be easy set up as there isn't much to do but it didn't work. Press the button and the motor runs but no water. I checked for stickers or tapes that may be instructing something but there's nothing. The button on the reservoir pushes in but the unit itself doesn't accept the water to bring it through the cooler. After running out of troubleshooting options, I thought it was just defective so I bought another but the same thing happened. Neither of them work, can't get water to come through on either one. Will be returning and finding a different option.

After waiting for the water filtration system to arrive and carefully following the simple instructions, it still did not work. I reached out to Brita, and although they offered to replace it, I was told it would take another two weeks. At this point, I realized I should have trusted my past experiences. Their systems constantly crack, break, leak, and rarely last longer than a year.

I have already invested in multiple replacement filters that cannot be used with other brands, so this has been a frustrating and expensive cycle. If you have not already bought into this ongoing pattern of replacing your filtration system every few months, I would strongly suggest you run in the opposite direction. Brita is simply not worth the trouble.
