The filter on this bottle gets rid of any metallic taste in tap water and is perfect for taking on the go. My only complaint is that the coating gets scratches on it relatively easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the 20oz stainless steel Brita bottle for a couple years now and it literally comes with me everywhere I go. I love it. My one and only complaint is that I wish there was some sort of rubber casing I could put around the outside of it because I drop it/it falls out of my bag a lot and even though the body of it is fine (because its stainless steel), a part of the cap did break off and of course its the one little piece thats necessary to keep the cap closed. Honestly I superglued the tiny piece back on and that lasted a while but of course I dropped it again lol so now the straw to my bottle is just always exposed which I do not like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it.. I'm a house cleaner and not every home has filtered water so it's super convenient to just fill from the tap. The only problem was that the cap broke so now I can't close it to protect the straw.

Like many others the part that holds the cap part of the straw component broke so now I can't take the bottle out of the house because the 32 oz metal bottle is too big to fit in any cup holder. Anywhere else in a vehicle and it tips over, spilling water everywhere. I see where this is a known problem for over 6 years now & Brita won't fix the problem or sell replacement lids. I'm considering looking for something else because that lack of customer care shouldn't get rewarded.

It's really a great bottle...until the cap breaks. After a year of use, the front edge of the cap just crumbled off. This seems to be a common complaint among the negative reviews, but it really is a nice bottle up until then. Kept my drinks cold all day long. The plastic filtered bottle I have from Brita is still going strong after 4.5 years, but it doesn't keep your water nice and cold like this one did.

I'm usually a big fan of Brita products so you can imagine my shock when I saw the mediocre craftsmanship of my water bottle. I got a good two months out of it and then part of the top broke. Now it won't close properly and it leaks all over everything. I don't want to put it in my bag out of fear it will drip on my belongings and now the spout is exposed

Disappointed

I bought this water bottle about a year ago, I used it for a month and loved it! Then a small piece on the cap where the lock is broke, now it won'tstay closed. I have been searching all over the internet for a replacement cap and all I can find is a replacement straw. I love my 20 oz water bottle it was the perfect size for the car and kept my water cold all day. How can I get a replacement lid?

Purchased this and one for my husband. Luckily his hasn't been used and will be returned. This was a total waste of money. The water taste no different. The filer is literally dissolving into the water I'm drinking. Pieces of black in the water. Terrible job Brita.
