It was alittle small, so o didn't think it would be effective. But I have had it a while and it is great. It does the job, it is quiet, and it has stood the test of time, thank you Groan.

Easy to follow directions.  Replaced older unit with the Broan 50 CFM Ventilation Fan/light, works great and is quiet.

We purchased this and have thoroughly been pleased with our choice of replacement fan/light for our bathroom.

Great product!

Product is well constructed, easily installed. Exhaust capability is not large enough for my bathroom, however.

Excellent product

originally I was only going to purchase just a fan. I changed my mind and got one with a light. Best decision I ever made. I didn't realize how dark it really was in my shower until installing this fan/light combo. The fan is very quiet and more than does the job in my tiny bathroom. I highly recommend this product.

Broan fan/light

This isn't a particularly powerful fan, but thanks to clear package information, I knew that when I bought it.  It works fine in my small bathroom.

Works as I'd hoped

I bought this fan to replace a GE model for which I couldn't find replacement parts. It's been working fine so far. It's nothing fancy, but works as it should. And when parts wear out, I can get replacements.

Worth the money

This fan suck and not literally. Parts are cheap and are junk. Had a failure with the damper and then the motor went out. I'll never buy another broan product again in my life and I'll be sure to let others know my experience.

This sucks

can't get it to work because there were no directions included showing how to set it up.  I definitely do not recommend this product, or this store.
