After 17 years, I thought maybe I should replace the filter in my range hood.  I guess due to pandemic issues, this particular filter was very hard to find anywhere so I finally ordered it on-line.  The filter is the right type and size for my Broan range hood.  It arrived quickly however the packaging left a lot to be desired- it was just stuck into a mailing envelope and arrived dented and bent.  With careful maneuvering I was eventually able to get it into the filter slot without the filter cracking or breaking but since filters are both light and flimsy,  it should have been packed better.  So the 3 star rating is for the seller's packaging not the filter itself.

Correct Item Poor Packaging

This is falsely advertised. Says it is a package of 4, but send a single one. On top of that, the item was so damage to a point it wasn't even efficient.

The filters themselves were the correct ones - not so easy to find - BUT the shipper sent them in a THIN PLASTIC ENVELOPE, so they were totally bent and unusable, and had to be returned. What a hassle, and I still have no filters!!

Poor packaging! Filters were mangled
