Even heating across the griddle.   Temperature settings are accurate.   Cleans very easy.    Only drawback is the same as most griddles, food can easily slide off as you try to retrieve it from the grill.    It is very new still so I do not know about durability.

It works as advertised.   I am happy.

The model is the PCG-5, although the photos show the PCG-10, so a little disappointed, as I only realized the model was incorrectly depicted in the photos.
