I had a terrible time keeping squirrels out of my bird feeder, nothing I tried worked.  I came across this feeder and thought I'd give it a try.  It works beautifully.

One night I left the feeder outside and something huge knocked the feeder right off the hook and broke it.  I called the company, explained what happened and because of the warranty, they sent me the replacement parts within a few days.

They did recommend that I remember to bring the feeder inside at night.  I am extremely pleased.

This works well be sure to keep it out at least 18" from the bole , the squirrels can reach out if to close. I did have one squirrel go upside down he got a little but got 
tired of doing that. I find that this works well and the cost of saving my bird seeds 
pays for it self. I give it 5 stars.

Brome Squirrel Buster

The birds like it and the squirrels don't.  They do try!  I like the mini and I refill it once a day  so  the seeds stay fresh.  It's always empty at the end of the day.

This is my second Squirrel Buster.    Loved the first.  The new one has an improved spring mechanism which closes access of squirrels to the seed.
It's excellent, simple in design and very effective.
My feathered friends love it too.

Excellent bird feeder. It is squirrel proof. The squirrel's weight makes the outer metal cage cover the feeding openings.

The squirrels have not been able to raid or knock down this bird feeder.  I would get a larger size next time.  I am very satisfied.

Brome Squirrel Buster Bird Feeder

This little gadget works well in preventing squirrels from invading the bird seeds. The mechanism does malfunction after a year or two.

Feeds birds and not squirrels

Really a very good choice in a feeder. Easy to fill and clean. This size, while less expensive than the larger capacity model, will likely require you to fill it twice a day. Less of a problem for me than for my eager bird population! Placement away from deck railings is a must as squirrels are clever and very adept at acrobatics! Otherwise, feeder works as advertised.
