I have owned and used this product for three years now. My youngest brother (who is a plumber) gave it to us as a Christmas gift. He was feeling a little worried that we might take offense or not understand, but we were happy to accept it, especially since he was inspired by his own experience with the item. I wish these Brondel handheld bidets were standard equipment at EVERY toilet! It solves so many potential issues and discomforts! Hemorrhoid sufferers especially will find relief from itching and burning by using Brondel bidets to reach a cleanliness that cannot be achieved with even the best toilet paper.

Cleans far better than paper ans with no irritation. Installation takes about 2 minutes, using only a Phillips screwdriver.

Great bidet sprayer

This handheld bidet by Brondell is definitely perfect! It's solid and the handle is smooth to use.

We tried the toilet attachments for a while - they all ended up breaking the toilet's seat or the accessory itself (we have 3 kids under 10). 
I also happen to have terribly useless hands (carpal tunnels), so anything too stiff is hard to maneuver. 
I definitely recommend this!

I purchased this because as a female its better to use a wand them the bidet seat. poop material spray in the volva area..... the only knock is I wish the hose was a little longer for tall toilets.

This product is made so poorly that the manufacturer very prominently warns you that you must turn the valve under the toilet tank off after each use to avoid flooding your house!   I recommend finding a better made one.

You have to Turn the valve off after every use

Do not purchase this item. The base that connects to the wall water point does not fit properly. I tried to find a replacement connector to attach it to the water point, but eventually, I ended up discarding this handheld bidet.
