Setup takes less than 10 minutes with a simple process.

I've been using it for a month now . Works great !! Doesn't filter out the valuable minerals. I suggest letting the water run a wile right after putting on the sink adapter because it causes more pressure in your pipes and I had a lot of black sludge and rust pour out of it when first using faucet as normal. So run the water for a minute before turning on the water filter , as to save filter life .

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I couldn't believe that it actually worked so well for the price I paid. I recently moved from LA to Atlanta's suburbs. I wasn't aware that the quality of water was much worse here and didn't expect any countertop water filter to work great here. But this filter pleasantly surprised me! I'm really happy with it. Water tastes  amazing and it says that it doesn't remove the necessary minerals. It took me 5 min to connect it and it's really easy to use it. I love the look and the button that doesn't let the water run longer than it should (my issue with the previous filter from another company). I hope it keeps working as great. I highly recommend it!

Great filter!

I bought this mainly to forego the hassle of buying bottled water every week and also to ensure the water from the tap is safe enough for consumption. As of yet, I still think it was a great decision to get it and the relatively easy DIY setup made it worthwhile.

Relatively easy setup and excellent quality water

This machine is a blessing, I have the worst smelling and tasting well water. This filter does exactly what it says. The water comes out tasting like fresh spring water.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great drinking fountain for the counter. We put ours next to the coffee maker and fridge. I tapped into the waterline going to the fridge because there's no sink near there. I don't have a water dispenser on the fridge and would have wanted better filtration anyway. It was extremely easy to set up. We love ours.

It completes our coffee counter

No need for a generic review. Sets up quick, no waste and drinking water within 15 minutes. I was surprised upon testing the water, even though it did seem to taste better.

My tap water measured at 7.1 PH and a ppm of 140 (using a calibrated nutra-dip tri meter). This is fantastic results as far as drinking water goes, but I do notice a slight odor to the tap water. Once filtered through the cypress it came out at 7.9 PH and 220 ppm. It alkalized the water and added something, but tastes better and has zero smell.

Not to sure how to interpret the results, all I know is that it was bought to reduce dissolved salts in a hydro reservior and the plants love it (compared to brita). I do not need to yank out the Brita every couple of litres to refill, it is always connected and there is a noticable taste difference and smell elimination. I question the increase in EC but am very pleased with the water. Clean for my plants (need to adjust PH anyways) and alkalized for me.

How a carbon based filter with nanoparticle sized filtration manages to alkalize my water I do not know. But I do know the cypress is an awesome edition to my garden as my plants immediately responded to the water and ceased to show signs of nutrient burn. Also it tastes better and is 10x more convenient than a Brita.

For the curious, my brita (with a new filter) did not alter the PH or the ppm of the tap water but did taste and smell a little better (not as good as the cypress though). The cypress literally changed the water and for the better in my opinion. Debated on reverse osmosis but am pleased with the unique results of the cypress.

We have been using this produce for a few years now.  Very user friendly.  Took only a few minutes to set up.  No leaking.  Narrowing water flow will remind you to change filter.

Excellent product

We have limited space so a reverse osmosis system is not an option. The Brondell H2O+ Cypress System is a good solution. I was disappointed that the adapter to attach directly to the incoming cold water line was not included so it is attached to the faucet. (the parts to attach to the faucet were included, thank you) It is working well and the water is better tasting and smelling than the unfiltered tap water.

Good solution for vacation home

I purchased the Cypress countertop system about a month ago based on reviews that it offers NYC renters a sound option for filtering the chlorinated and turbid water of NYC. Since I cannot install reverse osmosis system in my apartment, I was intensely seeking the next best option. I found it! Very happy. Very easy set up. Water tastes great.

A reliable system for renters

My suggestion do not buy this product.  This Product is waste, My tap water Tds is 223 after changing my filter water level went down to 205.  I am not sure how this product is promoted to market.
