Everything is straight forward.. the instructions are clear.. the T-valve is all metal, the metal hose is reinforced, the spray gun is plastic.. There is no leak from any joint. However, the joints should not be tightened more than required.

the box was missing rubber washer that goes inside the t-valve due to which it would not fit properly. The plumber spent so much time trying to tighten it and then eventually had to source the rubber washer himself to complete the job. The people complaining about the leak is probably due to the same reason.
