Water Pressure

Instruction Clarity

Can be reliable, but also prone to leakage.

Allows customized water pressure for cleaning.

Made with sturdy and long-lasting components.

Takes around 5-20 minutes with clear instructions.

Simple installation and operation process.

Quality is best among all the bidets I have used so far. Installation is super easy (Don't require extra outlet, can be used with the existing outlet). Only thing which I did not like is closing the T Valve after use. I am using it from last 9 months. Now not turning off T valve, but I guess I should be using that. Only Improvement it needs is control of flow from the sprayer (like Indian bidets) instead of T valve. But anyways it seems to best so far. It can be be installed both permanently or temporarily depending upon the need. I am not installing it permanently as I need to take it out while changing the rental house.

Awesome Product, require some minor improvements

walmart.com

I like this chrome bidet. It was very to install and took me less than 5 minutes. It was dripping from T and using a wrench to tighten it was helpful and dripping stopped.

Easy to install

Superb… Definitely 5 stars for this bidet brand. No leakage is the main reason this deserve 5 stars. I don't even need to use waterproof-tape.

Superb

Everything is straight forward.. the instructions are clear.. the T-valve is all metal, the metal hose is reinforced, the spray gun is plastic.. There is no leak from any joint. However, the joints should not be tightened more than required.

Everything is as advertised

It was very quick and easy to install. May need a wrench to unscrew your existing fittings if they are too tight. Material appears durable.

Quick and easy to install.

Product works well. It took a little practice using it so as not to get water on clothing or floor. Once you figure that out it is a huge help in getting clean. You use less toilet paper too. It's been a good purchase for my family.

practice makes perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in this sprayer considering the higher price point, not to mention the cost of shipping. The t valve threads would not line up with the toilet fill valve and would only cross thread. The handle is made of plastic not metal, as I had expected for the price.

Disappointed for the price point

brondell.com

the box was missing rubber washer that goes inside the t-valve due to which it would not fit properly. The plumber spent so much time trying to tighten it and then eventually had to source the rubber washer himself to complete the job. The people complaining about the leak is probably due to the same reason.

Missing T-valve rubber washer

I purchased this bidet three months ago and has been using this for last 8 weeks. At first, it worked perfectly fine and now it's leaking. The water leak is heavy and it can fill a medium size bucket in 1 hour. I wouldn't recommend this product if you would like to use it daily.

Leaks from the head.

Water comes out no matter how much you tighten it.
