Setup

Excellent, product, just what I was looking for, at a more afordable price than the main competitor.

I'm a senior citizen who has difficulty hearing my television, even when the volume is on high.
The Brookstone AirPhones has been a lifesaver for me. I've tried other Headphones that did not measure up to this set. 
This is easy to install on your tv and easy to use. 
All you have to do to adjust the volume is to press a button to increase or decrease the sound. 
They are comfortable to wear and they last up to 10 hours without charging.

The articles are very good but the imail should be in French.

Good model, but mine broke in less than three month.  The plastic headband broke in two.  I hope this was a exceptional manufacturing defect.  Got refunded by Wal-mart, but be aware that Brookstone dosen't do business with Canada.

Buyer beware.

We bought 3 brookstone BKH500 and had issues with 2 of them. The headband cracks on both left & right side therefore no spring tension .
The first one I did not keep the bill of sale, the second I was able to return it and the no 3 has not cracked/broken yet.
