Toner cartridges require frequent replacement, impacting printing frequency.

Can be fast and reliable, but also slow or inconsistent for some users.

I like everything about this machine. It took me a little longer than usual to get it setup as opposed to other machine I have purchased.

I like the printer a lot! I am giving it a four star for one reason only and it has nothing to do with the functionality or quality of the printer. This has to do with Sam's Clubs description. It states that this printer can do duplex printing (printing on both sides of paper) That is false! If you are looking for that feature, make sure that the last three letters on the model number are CWD (D=Duplexing). They need to correct this however

Super disappointed it doesn't print double sided one would think it's a basic feature for a $500 printer. I would have paid more for this feature definitely should be better advertised that it doesn't. My plan was to use it for my small business but I either use double the paper or time.

Super saturated prints, very disappointing and would not recommend. The deal was tempting, but you get what you pay for. Save yourself the hassle and buy something else. This was a waste of money for me and made me look bad at work.

I've been using Brother printers for years, and they are among the best in the industry. This product performs well as built, but shouldn't have been built with existing feature set. To sell a multi-function color laser printer at this price level without auto-duplex makes absolutely no sense, from neither a marketing nor manufacturing standpoint. Two-sided copying and printing has become a standard feature now. JF
