I received this libeler about 3 weeks ago and started using it right away. I used this product before at my job and had to purchase one for personal use. The reason for this particular model it is either ac or battery power which is nice. I especially love the vertical feature and bold print. Printing tape is a little pricy but it works and quality of adhesive is great.  I did purchase the case for this labeler as it does not come with it however it is so well worth the investment, trust me you don't want it to drop and not be protected.

Not sure why I lived so long without this! I'm a mother of 3, wife and small business owner. I cant even begin to name all the uses I have discovered for this handy labeler. Probably the most handy use is we can all actually find the spices we are looking for when cooking as I labeled the tops of my spice jars and you can easily look over the tops to find what youre after. Kids books, card deck boxes, craft drawers, tupperware (that I want to make sure I get back!) laptops (my boys all have matching laptops and mice) etc... I can go on and on. Plus, theres literally dozens of tapes available to suit your specific need! If you are even remotely interested in organizing your life BUY THIS NOW!

Great machine.  Does a lot of different labels. Pretty easy to use. Has a chain feature so you don't waste a lot of label.

I'm so happy  with this label maker. Great product

Works very well.  Easy to load the cartridges.  Pretty self explanatory when learning how to operate.   The only bad thing I can say about this unit, and it may hold true with most label makers, is it wastes a good bit of label tape when making your label.  I find myself constantly trimming the excess off of my labels.  Excess that could be used on my next label.  It's obvious that they are in the business of selling replacement cartridges.   Kind of wasteful if you ask me.  Otherwise, it has been a good machine so far.   I don't use it everyday but I have owned it over a year now without any problems.

Serves my labeling needs

It is excellent. Prints well; keyboard is perfection; lots of easy to access design options.
I haven't yet priced tape cartridge replacements yet, which is the only reason I have not given the labeler 5 stars.

Purchased to make plant labels for the garden. I wish the instructions were a tad easier because I wasted about a quarter of a cartridge trying to figure out how to get the right length label with two lines of bold text.  But once I figured it out, the labels came out looking great and are easy to read in the garden.  I don't have to bend down to see what each says. (HINT: Once you get your label the way you like it, write down the settings and tape it to the bottom of the machine to make it easier later on when you want to duplicate the same label.)  I affixed my labels to Gardenmate metal plant holders and they have been in my garden for 5 months, in the sun.  I used several cartridges, clear and solid white and both are performing great.  No fading or peeling off the metal.

According to the description and specs on the website this was supposed to be PC compatible but when I received it there's no way to connect to your PC. I like the other features and it seems to print very nicely but I was hoping to be able to connect to my PC.
