Farm fun!

Nice trailer and bale.  Had to make a little strap so it holds the bales on snugger so they don't fall off as easy . Should have made dips for the bales and not flat trailer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Bruder toys for their realistic function and parts, and this trailer still has those features! 
We farm/ranch and my 5yo son was gifted a tractor for Christmas last year (as a 4yo) and has played with it ever since. We loved how much like his daddy's real tractors it was so looked them up and added many items to his Christmas /birthday list for this winter. This trailer was a birthday gift so he could haul hay like his daddy haha. 

The only problems I see with it are that the trailer does dump but it's hard to undo when loaded with hay and for my son (easier for me, but still not without dumping the bales off prematurely). 
The second issue, which is the bigger one and was seen right away, is the the bakes are plastic and hollow so are extremely lightweight! This makes them very hard to move and stack without them falling down or off the forks of the tractor/skid steer. Even being very careful they fall fast and easy with any movement, and they're slick so slide very easily. We have considered filling them with something to add some weight cause there is one tiny hole on the side but not sure what we could use yet, and we have considered also adding some wrapping on the outside that would make them less slippery also.
These can be slightly frustrating for my son but he didn't get very discouraged cause he went back to using our toilet paper rolls as his hay rolls until we can find a solution haha, but they aren't the worst things and understand me with the materials used. 
Would still recommend this item and most kiddos aren't going to notice or can find a way to work with these things, but wanted to share in transparency from an actual ranching/farming standpoint.
