[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how real this firetruck is for a toy. It shoots out water from the fire hose, has lights, and the ladder extends soo high and is so tall! Any kid would love to play with this firetruck. Definitely a good purchase. Such good quality.

Every time you use the knobs to raise the ladder, you feel like you are going to break it. This is a really expensive truck that I would say is probably not worth the price.

POOR Packaging,  No Inside .padding of any type, as a result the Fire Truck worked its way out of the Box . Looked liked World War II . Think the raise knob is damage and doesn't turn smoothly. It appears to be in a locked position.  The Ladder Extension knob works well.
