I'm not one to write reviews. In fact, I've never written a formal review in my life. But this product just goes above and beyond. It's packed with omega-3s (super healthy), is sourced from Canada, and is a very inexpensive source of both protein and food in general.

I started eating these to raise my good cholesterol docs orders and they are surprisingly good.  I always have loved the hearing in hot sauce but I started adding these to my diet a couple cans a week as well as the hearing so I can raise my good cholesterol.  Fun food no prep just put em on a plate and eat em. :)

Good Food Clean Tasting Sardine

I make a point of trying canned sardines from all over the world. These are Brunswick's finest sardine flavour yet. And currently second place in my books for best in the world. Calvo's sardines in escabeche sauce are my number 1. Not available in Canada though..

I like to cook these ups with onions and extra fresh jalapenos and black pepper, spicy and good with whole wheat crackers or rice :)

Good as sardines will get

Opening the can there were about eight slices of jalapeno peppers on top of the five sardines. I'd give the heat between mild and medium and a great combination to the soya oil and sardine flavour. Great healthy snack.

Not bad. I would prefer Moroccan sardines instead.
