The presentation of food is what takes your cooking to a whole new level of hunger enhancement.  The shape and size of the mini skillets filled with a hot fajita mix sends me off into a Mexican food fantasy. The skillets were seasoned but like all cast iron gets even better with each use and further seasoning. The price was quite reasonable for a wonderful culinary trip to old Mexico.

One of my favorite rooms is the kitchen. I enjoy cooking, entertaining, and eating using well made utilities, dishes and cook ware. My favorite cookware is cast iron because it cooks well, last forever and presents your  meals well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are asking me to review this as soon as I receive it, so I can't fully review it yet. The first impressiothat these seem well made and deeper than I expected. We think they are the perfect size. I plan on using them for flat enchiladas, fajitas, french onion soup, and so forth. These should work beautifully under our oven broiler, and I can fit at least 2 at a time. We will be using them this Monday, we can't wait! I believe they will elevate our food presentation.
