If you understand cast iron, and follow instructions to season again, after buying this preseasoned cast iron wok, you'll be happy. My first meal out of it was chicken yakisoba. Nothing stuck. Not even the noodles. I rinsed it with hot water, wiped it clean. Just lightly wiped it with grapeseed oil. Beautiful. Can't wait to use it again, and again.
