I was led to believe this was a skirt with crystals.   Not so.  It is a cheap piece of felt/polyester with glitter.   The kind of glitter you get on everything.   My package looked nothing like the picture.   Used to buy these years ago 2 for $1.00.   That is all it is worth.   Tried to contact the company, no luck.   Like they say, buyer be ware.
