Size

Simple setup with velcro and tube features.

Can be smooth, but may be wrinkled or too small.

Can be solid, but also flimsy in some areas.

I couldn't afford one of the fancy puzzle boards with drawers, and just needed something that I could move out of the way. This really works as well as a piece of felt and a plastic tube can be expected to work! The puzzle did come apart a little, but not in a sense that it didn't snap right back where it was. I'm happy with it!

It Works!

walmart.com

For the puzzle lovers this is a great added piece of equipment to get puzzles out of the way. It's roll up easy to use. Keep your puzzle in places no loss pieces I must have for that puzzle lover highly recommend.

Very practical for small spaces or where you can't leave puzzle out all the time. Easy to use and it worked out great for me!

The puzzle mat itself is a good idea and seems easy to use, but it was smaller than I expected. I had trouble fitting my puzzle comfortably on it, which made it less useful for me. It would probably work well for smaller puzzles, but I wish the mat had more space

Works but too small

Might work well for others but not what I needed in a house with cats. I need something I can leave out and cover it so they don't jump on the puzzle.

Not for cat moms

I have buyer's remorse from this purchase. It's a thin black cloth with the outlines of different puzzles sizes printed on it. You can put the puzzle pieces on there and then roll it up when you need a break. It has a plastic slinky kind of expandable tube to push it into. But it did not improve my puzzle experience and I wouldn't buy it again or gift it to a puzzle lover.

It still did not hold my wooden puzzle where I wanted it to stay. Some could be the puzzles fault but it certainly did not work as I though it would. I am disappointed.

Disappointed

I wouldn't consider a thin piece of felt fabric to be a “mat”, the fabric where you are supposed to do the puzzle is not sturdy at all and neither the tube to roll it up, it also doesn't come assembled, not worth the money

This “mat” is just a big piece of black felt. It's folded up inside the packaging so once you open it you're left with an unruly surface in which you can attempt to put a puzzle together. It makes puzzles harder to do. If you try to follow the instructions and roll up a puzzle you're working on, the result is a broken mess of puzzle pieces. You would need to straighten the mat out so it lays flat.

Not worth the money or time

All buffalo puzzles I've bought are quality. This mat disappointed me, along with me just giving up using it. Made from thin felt, slides across table worse than table cloth. Not able to slide the pieces(put together or not) again felt on top. Puzzle pieces just stick. Then again because of its flimsiness it will not lay flat, so pieces don't lock together tightly. Waste money. Just buy a small vinyl table cloth and get a pool noodle. That's what I did, $ Tree.
