Future outages

not a bad product just a little poor quality in assembly department problems with loose parts but Walmart took the time to take care of the situation other than that I'd probably have given a better review of the product itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very loud and in their haste the stickers were not put on correctly, were not completely stuck down and under load with just my drill dies and has to be restarted, it cannot handle a drill so it's pretty much worthless except to charge a cordless drill and after am hour the drill still wasn't fully charged and its an 8 volt small drill

well it seems like a decent lil runner so far. it is true about this unit peaking right about 450w steady. that being said, I'm a little shocked (no pun intended), and sad, as this generator that i have received is not brand new. the owner's manual, (thank goodness it came at all) was mashed on top. delivery boy brought it to the house and put the box on its side. and the rubber housing containing the connector to the spark plug looks as if someone might have accidentally gotten a case of the shakes and dumped fuel onto the rubber. it's kinda melty? if that makes sense. also, the dead giveaway here, was the hiss whilst opening the gas cap for the first time and instantly smelling the odor of fuel previously existing in the fuel cell. Walmart, though we appreciate your low pricing, we most certainly appreciate the fact that we are buying a NEW product. and not just new to us. thanks for a used one though?? shipping was prompt, but again, delivery boy left it on its side. which i can't imagine that being good for something that serves its whole life in one sole position only. also the stickers peeled back immediately, so i just helped them off the rest of the way. so take pictures of the instructions if need be.

Liked nothing about it. Arrived with dented fuel tank. Decals falling off. Would not run a portable saw. Very loud.

Do not purchase.

Took it out camping mixed the gas and poured it in pulled the string and the string wouldn't retract. Tried fixing it but no luck. Never started. Taking it back. Might try for another 1 but this is the 2nd one from walmart. The first 1 the string broke after a few pulls.
