Instructions were concise and installation amazingly simple. Have only had it a month but does exactly what I wanted to do. Empties laundry tub in basement from washer up and out.

This is a great little laundry sink pump - the one we received had an issue with the switch but a replacement switch was sent quickly by the manufacturer.

Great pump - good service.

The pump works great for emptying quickly. I gave four stars only because it should have an adjustment on it. The pamphlet stated it would turn on after 1 - 4 inches of water filled the tub. This one comes on as soon as the water gets to top of the neck of the drain. The new washing machines use far less water now and the pump turns an and off continuously which will shorten the life of the pump.

Mostly Good

Don't bother thinking the ball vale is included even though every picture shows.
