This is all I've used on my baby from birth! She is now 18 months old and it's still a very loved product! You need very little to wash with! We've only bought 2 bottles in 18 months! Very impressed with the company and the product and will 100% be buying for years to come!

I switched to this wash after using Johnson and Johnson's foam wash for newborns and I have to say I've been pretty satisfied. It's very gentle and my baby has very sensitive skin. I would highly recommend to someone who wants a gentle wash for your baby. I also like that it has no fragrance added to it. Fragrances tend to irritate her skin so I was happy this one didn't have any.

Gentle Shampoo and Wash

This body wash is very gentle, suds up well, and washes clean without over drying the skin.  I like that it is fragrance free and the natural scent of the product is pleasant, with an extremely mild citrus under tone.  I have been plagued with skin issues my whole life and this is an excellent cleanser for sensitive skin of all ages.  Ordered from this site, the product came promptly and as specified.  Highly recommend this cleanser.

Gentle Body Wash

I am a mom who is very concerned with parabens and all the bad things out there! Burts bees has none of the bad stuf and all of the good stuff!! Adison smells so good and is so soft when she gets out of the bath she doesn't even need lotion!
I love it and would reccomend it to any mom!!

So glad this priduct exists. I bought it for my hairless Sphynx cat Sally. She has sensitive skin and must use hypoallergenic was once a week. It is perfect for her, unscented and gentle. I use it sometimes too when I was an unscrented, gentle washing. Sally and I love it.

I am so disappointed, I have been using this product for 4 years on my children and I have loved it. They recently changed the formula and gone is the lovely smell from the oils that were in the previous version. It now smells like the burts bees chapstick which may be fine for your lips but not so good for baby's hair :( Don't fix what isn't broken!!!

Disappointed with new formula

Good lathering and mild.  Even when it got into the kids eyes,  it does not sting.  But they don't know how to make a good dispenser bottle.  The tip came off too easy and then you could not get it back on.  Most parents pick it up by lifting it by the nozzle with a finger.  That's when it breaks off.  For the price, you think the dispenser would be more hardy.  Junk.

I loved this shampoo/soap and have been using it for 4+years now for my kids. I bought so much, we only ran out recently and now I'm so disappointed by the new formula! It may say fragrance-free, but it's not. The old smell was much nicer and this is drying out her skin when it never did that before. Please start making the old stuff again so we at least have the option of using that one instead. Otherwise, I'm going to be buying from a different brand because we can't use this new soap.

I have been a devoted Burt's Bees user for the past ten years and have tried many of their products. I ran out of my favorite shampoo and decided to try this one, figure it was going to be nice and gentle and make my hair soft and shiny. What is ended up doing was stripping my hair of any moisture, leaving my scalp dry, flakey, and itchy while also making my hair look like straw. It lathers just fine, and the smell is nothing special, but I'm disappointed in how it made my hair look and feel after using it. I thought that being a baby shampoo, it would be even more gentle than the one I was using, especially because it's from Burt's Bees, but that is not the case unfortunately. I would stick to the regular Burt's Bees shampoos instead of this one if you're using it for you and not your baby.
